My background
I am a seasoned mediator passionate about conflict resolution and alternative dispute resolution techniques. I have completed her Basic Mediation Training from the University of Texas, San Antonio. I have also attained specialization in Family Law Mediation to develop a comprehensive understanding of mediation principles and legal frameworks.
I facilitate fair and effective dispute resolution across various domains as a mediator and arbitrator. My approach to mediation is characterized by empathy, neutrality, and a commitment to facilitating constructive dialogue.
I hold a diploma in Human Resorce Management which alongwith mediation training gives me a boost in handling commercial and workplace mediation.
I am continuously engaging in professional development to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field. I possess exceptional communication skills, ability to establish rapport with diverse parties, and dedication to achieving impartial and equitable outcomes.
Additionally, I hold a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Islamic Studies which has given me the necessary knowledge in Shariah rules to be able to provide Islamic Dispute Resolution. I also hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies and IT previously.
I am passionate about promoting peaceful resolution of conflicts and committed to making a positive impact on the community as a "peacemaker".
